I have taken much care to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. The images you see online may show slight differences in colour due to variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. 


How is my payment handled? 

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my paintings to you. Payments are managed through Shopify Pay in Canadian dollars.  PayPal is also enabled as an option should you prefer. This site (www.brittanylyn.ca) does not store any of your debit/credit card details. 


I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Every effort will be made to pack and ship original paintings as soon as possible. Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for paintings to be brought to the post office or courier service. Within Canada, pieces are sent by Canada Post or courier depending on size and weight. I am based in Ontario and will provide you with tracking information and estimated delivery date at time of shipping. 

Can I pick up my artwork from your studio? 

Yes, there is an option at checkout to select pickup. Once you have placed your order, I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My home studio is located in East York, Toronto. 

Is shipping included? 

Yes, most artwork has an estimated shipping cost included at checkout based on the size and weight of the work as well as your location. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and refund the sale.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout, email me with your details and the piece you would like and I will provide shipping options. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional costs. 

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees. 


What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with the piece that you have chosen. If an original painting is not as you expect, please contact me by email within 14 days and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you with. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days. 

What if my painting arrives damaged?

Every care is taken to protect the artwork through careful wrapping and packaging. If you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph highlighting the damaged area.

What about international returns?

At this time, I am unable to offer a refund or return on any painting(s) sent outside of Canada.
